Come and enjoy the sound of the river in the back yard of this great home. There are 5 tubes for you to use to float down the river or use the canoe on Mirror Lake. Home is located in a private gated community with 2 private lakes, beach area for swimming, fishing, covered picnic area, playground for the little ones, waterfall, hiking trails and more for you to enjoy.

Close to Chimney Rock Park, Lake Lure Waterpark, Lake Lure Boat Tours, Restaurants, Ingles Grocery Store, Lake Lure Beach, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts and so much more.

6 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bath that sleeps 15+. There are also 2 master bedrooms (one has a King and the other is a Queen bed) on the first floor that each have their own bathrooms. Another bedroom is also located on the first floor with access to the half bath which is directly across the hall. On the second floor there is another master bedroom (Queen bed) with a private bath. Next level is the loft bedroom with a full size bed.

Last is the kids attic bedroom with 2 twin beds, play area, games, TV with VHS and movies for the kids to enjoy,

There are 2 sleeper sofas (full size) and a sleep chair (twin size).

Home has a large deck on the back of the house with a gas grill and patio furniture. One of the master bedrooms also has a private deck overlooking the river.

House if fully equipped with all linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, phone, gas log fireplace, TV's with VHS and DVD. All you need are your clothes and some groceries.
