Excellent place to walk, jog, bike or roller blade. Enjoy watching the wild birds fly in and walk around the water. You will think you are staying in paradise!

All highway and interstate travel. NO city traffic. Just 2 miles from I-4 off Hwy 27. Tampa or Cocoa Beach and hour away, Space Center a little over an hour away, Universal 30 minutes with Sea World only 20 minutes. Disney southwest entrance only 9 miles away. An ideal location to get anywhere fast and easy. Enjoy being close to all the attractions but yet far enough away for the privacy and peacefulness of this outstanding community.

BED ARRANGEMENTS: This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has 2 queens, 4 twins and a queen sleeper sofa in the den. Home will sleep 10 comfortably.

Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Deposit: We require a deposit of $350.00 to secure the home, final payment is made 6 weeks prior to arrival. A damage (security) deposit of $300.00 is due upon arrival. Cash or a credit card for authorization only can be provided.

Payment: Payment can be made by personal check, money order or wire transfers. MasterCard or Visa can be accepted but please add 4% for processing fees.

Cancellation policy. If cancellation for any reason you will loose your deposit. If cancellation occurs 2-3 weeks prior to arrival you will loose half of your rental, plus tax. If you cancel 1-week prior you will loose your entire rental, plus tax. Unless you would reschedule or I can rebook the dates.
