| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
|
Deposit: We require a deposit of $350.00 to secure the home, final payment is made 6 weeks prior to arrival. A damage (security) deposit of $300.00 is due upon arrival. Cash or a credit card for authorization only can be provided.
Payment: Payment can be made by personal check, money order or wire transfers. MasterCard or Visa can be accepted but please add 4% for processing fees.
Cancellation policy. If cancellation for any reason you will loose your deposit. If cancellation occurs 2-3 weeks prior to arrival you will loose half of your rental, plus tax. If you cancel 1-week prior you will loose your entire rental, plus tax. Unless you would reschedule or I can rebook the dates. |
