My friend and I stayed here and the owners sent a letter instead of our deposit money which lied and stated that they evicted us so they would not have to return our deposit. In fact, we were not evicted and stayed during the full term of our contract with their knowledge and approval. Furthermore, when informed that he (the owner) should refund the money he said he was fully aware of Puerto Rican law although he is in fact subject to the laws which governed interstate commerce and the Uniform Commercial Code. Beware of this landlord!
