about 2 year ago we purchased time share at this hotel. Due to a big hurricane the hotel was damaged. now they are asking the owners to pay a $1000usd fee to help the rebuild the hotel!!! they are supposed to have insurance, and if they don't it's not our fault. also they say that this charges are written in the contract, (of course not). and if we dont pay before 10/15/2005 they are charging interest!! can you believe them? what is going to happen if the whole hotel got burned or flodded?? are we going to be asked to pay 10000 usd to "help" them rebuil it? this is unbelivable. they lie when they sell the "nights" please dont buy from them. |
