We rented this unit recently. Property Network is fine, but this unit is not maintained well at all by the owner, nor advertised properly:
A laundry door, towel rack and footstool were all broken upon arrival.
The air conditioner had a 2 hour timer, which is useless when you want to sleep more that 2 hours.
The green couches are very uncomfortable and old. The cushions work their way off the couch while you sit on them.
The kitchen pots and pans are ancient. Some cutlery is completely rusted out.
The shower door base was super moldy upon our arrival.
There's no view of the ocean, no matter what they tell you.
They list a parking stall for your use. The owner has their car parked and covered in this stall, which leaves you to find a visitors parking spot.
The bedroom door handle catches on the storage door handle EVERY time you open or close the door. MICKEY MOUSE CARPENTRY HERE FOLKS.
The refrigerator door is rusting out. Very attractive.
One of the ceiling fan speed control chains pulled out while the fan was on. No way to turn it off other than circuit breaker.
