Internet very deceiving!! Grass and yard had not been cut this summer. Over 12" High weeds. Screen on porch ripped and hanging. No telephone service,no ironing board,2 vcrs not working, no cd player,no beach chairs or beach towels, no fireplace, grill rusted and broken,sliding glass door hard to open, screen on back off track and propped against house, porch furniture (front&back) very dirty, one and only toilet would not flush, faucet in tub very loose, shower rod bent, blinds broken throughout house, dishes and pots very dirty and greasy, refrig. leaking and dirty, dish drainer and silverware trays NASTY. If you are looking for live LOUD entertainment at 1 am...this is the house for you...Constant partying and yelling from local neighbors across the street. Lots of profanity and drinking outside house...Not a great view!!!!! |

In response to the above renter...
Our family vacations in this house several times a year, and we rely on our cleaning company and handy man to inform us of any deficiencies with the house. Unfortunately, people like the above renter, tend to do things such as bring a dog unannounced and lock the dog inside while they leave for the day. Broken blinds, bent shower rods, broken screens etc. are a result of this. All we can do is make repairs as soon as we are informed of such things. The above renter, would not allow our handy man into the house to make said repairs, nor could he enter due to the dog locked in the house.
Clearly you cannot please everyone all of the time. We offer our home at a reasonable cost and do not have the full time staff a hotel offers to be at everyones beckon call. We have had our homes for several years and have found out that when someone such as the above renter complains, the renters before and after them may say they had a wonderful time in our home and loved it!
To wrap this up, we fired our landscaper who was still billing us for work undone.
As for the neighbors, it is a very quiet street there must have been a party going on while they were there.
