The music is turned low whilst you watch the gulets returning to the harbour from their day trips around the beaches and outlying islands ~ you think you might do that tomorrow ~ if you have the energy. Meanwhile your most important decision is which of the roof terrace restaurants you'll eat at tonight . . .

Villa Jamera was completed in 2004 and styled as expected from a luxury home. The villa is 3 bedroomed (2 doubles, 1 twin), all en-suite and is fully air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully Bosch equipped and the living area has TV, DVD, stereo, small library and games.

The villa boasts a large swimming pool with roman steps surrounded by ample landscaped terracing with sunloungers and parasols. A built in BBQ is adjacent to the pool for al fresco dining and there are soft chairs to snuggle into and discreet lighting for the evening.

The villa also has a pretty garden area with dining table and chairs ~ wonderful for breakfast.

One of Villa Jamera's best features is the huge roof terrace offering stunning views over the bay towards the harbour ~ perfect for catching the afternoon breeze whilst you take a siesta under the shade of the pergola or watching the gulets return to the harbour at sunset.

Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Change over day is a Friday.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required in order to secure a reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. We reserve the right to re-advertise your dates following non-receipt of final payment.

Flight are not included

Transfers to and from Dalaman Airport are not included; let us know if you wish us to book your airport transfers to the villa where you will be met and shown around. The cost is approximately #50 each way for a car and #60 each way for a mini-bus (recommended for more than 2 persons) and the journey takes a about 90 minutes.

Transfers for your return journey should be reconfirmed by you 72 hours before required. We take no responsibility for "No shows" or late pick up.

Please ensure you have adequate travel Insurance. We will not be liable for any losses or accidents.

The villa has a no smoking policy. Smoking only permitted outside.
