Vacation rental. If golfing is what you are looking for, or just relaxation, I have the perfect getaway. Quiet and cozy two bedroom, two bath, home in the Piney Woods of Holly Lake Ranch in East Texas. Very relaxing and quiet area, sit on either porch and watch the deer roam. Available for weekly or nightly rental, we have everything you need to get away from it all and rest.
The lake is 1.5 miles from the house where you can fish or boat. There are two pools, a game room where the kids can play games, participate in arts and crafts, shoot pool, play miniature golf, play basketball, swim, or work on their archery skills. The New Clubhouse has a full restaurant and bar and bigscreen.
This gated community offers a gorgeous 18 hole Champion Golf Course, paddleboat rentals, bike rentals, and two tennis courts. nearby is Lake Hawkins and Lake Fork where pontoon or other boats are available.
Small restaurants and shops are nestled within the area. Tyler, Texas offers a historic day trip with shopping, museums, and restaurants available. A state park is located within 20 miles of the property where deer and other wildlife roam freely. Many ongoing activities keep this vacation spot bustling without the crowds.
Lots to do, or do nothing at all, it's the place to be. Come often.. relax...have fun!

| Trade days of Canton is only 30 minutes away .Antique shopping in the next town of Big Sandy. Friday and saturday night the Ranch has fish fry's, bingo, and Kareoke . Hawkins, just 7miles away has a Saturday Night Auction. There is a fully equipped Workout center on the ranch.
Tyler is 25 miles and has shopping, theaters, restaurants etc...

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Two night minimum stay, excluding holidays which will be a three night minimum stay. $10.00 additional fee per day for use of all amenities, not including golf or rental fees. Check in time is 2pm or after. Checkout time is noon, unless prior arrangements have been made. $100.00 deposit to secure dates. Deposit is refundable if a 72 hour cancellation notice is given. Payment must be received 10 days prior to check in day.
