The amenities include fitness equipment, rooftop sun terrace with lap pool and spa, sauna, Internet access in public areas, secure parking, and barbeque grills. Convenient dining is available in a cafe located on the street- level piazza which adjoins a retail precinct.All 53 apartments have a balcon with ocean view. Bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryers, separate showers, and jetted bathtubs.Schoolies 2009: Unfortunately we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Festival. In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period.
