Taylor house is tucked away on Aunt Peggy’s Lane; a quaint narrow alley away from traffic but close to St George’s downtown. A grocery store, pharmacy, post office, internet café and a selection of many restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. Just as close are the tourist info office, a bus stop, and a ferry stop. There is three beaches offering excellent snorkeling, just a 15 minute walk away.

The interior is very cozy and decorated beautifully. The living room contains over-sized arm chairs and a loveseat/sofa bed. The kitchen area is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. All dinnerware is provided during your stay. The bedroom upstairs contains a queen bed and a twin bed with plenty of hanging space a chest.

The bedroom and living room are air conditioned and both have ceiling fans. Each both have their own color cable TV, CD player and radio. A generous supply of bath and beach towels is supplied and will be replaced each day on demand. Shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc are all supplied. In the walled garden there is a table with chairs and an umbrella a perfect setting for reading dining, sunbathing and just relaxing.

Sandwiched between the guest apartment and the owner's apartment is a second bedroom which can be locked off from either direction. When the owner is not using it for family, it is available to rent with the guest apartment. It is never rented separately and usually remains vacant. It contains two single beds. Please enquire about availability.

Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Reservations are accepted upon receipt of a deposit equivalent to 2 nights rental per reserved week.

There is a 30 day cancellation policy. Deposits which do qualify for a refund are subject to a $50 deduction to cover administrative costs and banking charges. (Travel insurance is recommended to cover loss of deposits).

Balance is payable in Bermuda, preferably by cheque or cash, but Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Ask about our second bedroom for an additional $50.00 per night.
