Located in Mountain Green's main building III, this unit faces the mountains/ski slopes and enjoys a fifth floor view. It is with in walking distance of the Killington Golf Course in the summer and has a private shuttle to the ski slopes in winter. The unit comes with a wood burning fireplace (wood provided), and the kitchen is fully equipped. Within the complex there is a video arcade, gift shop, mini-mart, ski and snowboard shop, restaurant/lounge and the Mountain Green Health Spa which includes fitness equipment, 2 jacuzzi's, a menthol eucalyptus steam room, sauna and 54' heated lap pool.

Rates exclude Christmas, New Year's, MLK and President's week. For holiday rates please call. Rates do not include 9% vt tax or 7% gratuity. Rates subject to change.
Killington Accomodations Services and Reservation Policies
Special requests or needs: cribs, grocery order, Christmas tree, etc., what ever you need, our reservation staff will be more than happy to help you.
Cancellation Policy: Up until 30 days before arrival we will refund the deposit less $50.00. 30 to 15 days before arrival we will transfer the deposit to a future stay up to a year. 14 days or less before arrival, no refund or transfer. KE homes and KV1 home must be cancelled by November 20 otherwise there is no refund. Holiday: Cancellations for Holiday periods, same as regular cancellation policy.
Towels and linens: All towels and linens for the number of occupants plus all cooking and eating utensils are already in your unit. If your unit has a hot tub, consider bringing some large towels.
Housekeeping: All our units are thoroughly cleaned before and after your stay. Daily house keeping is available at an additional charge of $20 per hour plus linens.
Damage deposit: There is a damage deposit of $200.00 per bedroom for condos with a maximum of $800.00 and $300.00 per bedroom for homes with a maximum $1,500. This is due on arrival and is mailed back shortly after your departure if no damage has occurred. |
