| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. To confirm your booking you will be asked to make a down payment of 50% of the total cost in advance, through wire transfer.
2. When the payment of this charge has been confirmed, we will send you an email with a reservation number and all of your reservation details, including the name and contact number of the person who will meet you at the flat.
3. For a rental period superior to 30 nights a special discount will be applied and cleaning services will be included once a week.
4. The apartment will be ready for you before your arrival. Our cleaning team will prepare the flat and leave fresh towels and sheets. Our quality department will check that the state of the flat is completely satisfactory. The obligatory cleaning fee refers to the cost of cleaning the apartment after your stay. Additional cleaning services are available upon request.
5. Please, take note that the initial booking fee will not be returned in case of cancellation.
6. In case of any cancellation, even due to any major incident, the conditions of cancellation will be applied as established here.
7. Check-In: We will wait for you at the apartment at the agreed time, and will explain how all the equipment functions, and give you the keys.
8. You will then be asked to pay the remaining amount charged for the whole stay (in cash). We will also ask you for a deposit as a guarantee against loss of, or damage to, any of the owner's items and any damage to the apartment itself caused during your stay, the deposit is 250 EUR that will be refunded to you at your check-out. For stays of more than 3 weeks the deposit is 600 EUR.
9. Check-in time is from 3 pm. We will charge an extra 30 EUR for check-ins on Sundays or bank holidays. The check-in must occur until 10pm.
10. Stay and check-out: Should any doubt or query arise during your stay, we will be glad to help you. On the day of departure our staff will check the state of the flat and, providing everything is in order, refund the security deposit. Cleaning of the apartment is carried out before the arrival of each client. On the day of departure, the client is required to leave the apartment in a reasonable state.
11. Pets are NOT allowed.
12. Parties and guests are absolutely prohibited.
13. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
14. The latest check-out time is 11 am.
15. Any modifications to a booking (dates, number of people or apartment) are possible, but are subject to acceptance.
16. Quiet time is from 11 PM to 10 AM. We are sure that you understand that the nightly rest of other inhabitants must be respected.
17. Please do not leave any electric device turned on when you leave the apartments and pay attention to gas devices while you are in or outside the apartments.
18. Should the guest, or any of the guests accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, T he owner or their representative shall be entitled to request the guest and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right of the latter to claim any type of compensation.
19. Guests undertakes to conduct himself as a good occupant and to employ the accommodation only for the purpose for which it is intended.
20. The guest must notify the owner immediately of any damage the occupant has caused to the accommodation or its contents.
21. Guests shall be liable to the owner for such damage.
22. The guest is prohibited from letting the accommodation or alienating it for occupation by third parties.
23. He must inform owner about the number and age of guests staying during the occupancy of accommodation. The number of persons who may use the apartment shall not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment, except for children under 4 years of age.
