Poolside Paradise is one of our most popular properties, it features all the luxuries of high end vacation rentals – from a kitchen to cable TV and VCR, private telephone line with answering machine, shaded deck and poolside location – at an affordable nightly rate.
Once the winter vacation suite of Pulitzer Prize winning cartoonist Jeff MacNelly, creator of the SHOE Cartoon Strip, Poolside Paradise features several works by the original owner/artist and hosts all the amenities of the Tropical Village Compound which include but are not limited too: washer/dryer and gas grill.
This stand alone cottage is just steps from the shared oasis-style heat pool and features a king bed, private bath, hairdryer and lush beach towels. Completely air-conditioned with stylish Bahamian ceiling fans, this unit is perfect for a romantic getaway or just time away from the office. An efficiency kitchen with dinning space for two includes everything a cook could desire: a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and more.
Bright Caribbean colors accent the walls of Jeff MacNelly art, which makes Poolside Paradise one of our most desirable cottages for Honeymooners. For romantic evenings, double French doors open onto a private deck with two outdoor benches covered with pillows, perfect for gazing into your own private Caribbean garden.

Key West Hideaways Rental Policies
Rates.
Published rates are based on standard occupancy, do not include an 11.5 percent sales and room tax, are in U.S. dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Additionally there is a $25 processing fee charged for each reservation. Higher Rates may apply during Holiday Periods and / or Special Events.
Deposit.
Deposit equal to one night's stay or 50 percent of stay, whichever is greater, applies.
Cancellation. Full refund, less $50 cancellation fee, upon 30 days notice. Deposit is non-refundable if within 30 days of arrival date.
Payment.
American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and checks accepted for deposit. Upon arrival, credit card or cash accepted for balance of stay. No checks accepted upon arrival. No refund for early departure.
Extra person.
Add $25 per person per night.
No Smoking.
Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided. There is a minimum $50 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
Minimum Stay.
Applies on weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season.
Late Arrival.
For your convenience, if you will arrive after 6:00 p.m., call the office ahead of time for instructions on obtaining your keys.
Pets.
There is a $20 per pet per night charge, please no destructive pets and please keep them on leashes when outside.
