Directions: From SW Florida Regional Airport (23SW): 1. Exit the airport on Chamberlin Parkway. 2. Continue on Chamberlin for 3.3 miles. 3. As you go under the I-75 overpass, Chamberlin Pkwy becomes Daniels Road. 4. Continue on Daniels Road for 2.6 miles to Six Mile Cypress Pkwy and then proceed for 2.9 miles. 5. Cross over US-41 (Six Mile Cypress turns into Gladiolus once you have crossed over US 41). 6. Take Gladiolus to Summerlin Road and turn left. 7. Continue for 8 miles to the Sanibel Causeway (6 toll). 8. Cross over the Causeway and turn right onto Periwinkle Way. 9.
