Pippin. Later in 2004, current owner J. Drake, extensively renovated the building by adding significant updates. Today, the property once again welcomes tenants and guests to the city where Southern hospitality has always been an art.Guests at 715 First Street S. Enjoy off-street parking and a personal welcome from the knowledgeable rental agent eager to make their stay a delight.Every amenity has been attended to, including a kitchen with stove, microwave oven and fridge w-ice maker. Laundry facilities are on site. The roomy interiors of the Guest House capture the essence of the Art Deco movement, red oak floors, and a second floor balcony with a view of the downtown activities. Furnishings include attractive antiques, as well as comfortable couches and luxury bedding for a restful Moultrie stay. It is an ideal accommodation for couples celebrating a special occasion or for traveling executives.We have four rooms to accommodate our guest The Plantation Room and Nautical Room have two queen beds each.
