Cottage Court is the best location on Marco Island for your tropical vacation. Your vacation home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the quietest and least trafficked area of Marco Island. You will have an easy walk to the park-like Tigertail Beach, the most beautiful of the great beaches surrounding the island. It is just a short drive to restaurants, shopping, golf and other activities. Not that you will want to leave the house...
Cottage Court is an idyllic vacation home featuring Key West style custom architecture with wide porches surrounding the house both upstairs and downstairs. If you prefer lounging in the sun, pull up a chaise lounge by the pool or the expansive upstairs deck, hop in the separately heated spa, or lounge in the hammock by the bay.
This professionally decorated house boasts four large bedrooms - one with a king, two with queen size beds and one with 2 twins. There is also a recreation room with a queen size sleeper sofa. The upstairs master bedroom has a fantastic view of the bay through 2 sets of French doors. The master bath has a floating garden tub as well as an open double-head shower and two walk-in closets. The other upstairs bedroom has a private bath and separate entrance onto the upstairs deck. The two large downstairs bedrooms, one of which has direct access onto the porch, share a large full bathroom.
On the main level, you can enjoy the outdoors on a large covered porch that has a pass-through into the kitchen for easy access to drinks and snacks. From the inside, the view is breathtaking through the French doors which flank the entire bay side of the home. The main living area is connected to the large kitchen (with a breakfast bar and large dining table), formal dining room, formal living room, and a large family room. Just beyond the kitchen are a half bath and laundry room.
The house has a large recreation room complete with a comfy TV viewing area and pool table. The upper deck and the balcony off the recreation room also overlook both the pool and the bay. There is a small built in desk with computer (windows software & high speed internet). Or forget about e-mail and sit out on the dock with a freshly blended drink, throw a line in the water and see what the day will catch...
