The 2 master bedrooms are split on the floor plan with 1 master bedroom having patio doors right out to the pool & spa to the rear of the home, and the second master suite is in the front of the home - the 2 master bedrooms are seperated by the living & dinig room. The additional 2 bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home from the master suites. There is a 3rd bathroom located in the hallway between the 3rd & 4th bedrooms.

Here, you'll find an assortment of restaurants, shops and services including a Grocery Store with wonderful Chinese architecture, Outback Steakhouse, plus so much more. Continuing your journey, you'll then pass the entrance to the Former Splendid China as the road begins to open up into the various subdivisions. Arriving at the first set of Stop Signs, this short section of road, known as Formosa Gardens Rd. will then become Sandhill Rd. after immediately going straight and across Funie Steed Rd.
