The brand new luxurious St. John Penthouse at Pelican Landing is the ideal escape for medium to large groups in Key West, Florida. This newly renovated unit is rated for six, but can easily sleep up to ten in three bedrooms with three full baths. A two story unit, both the upstairs and downstairs feature private balconies – one overlooking the water, the other the Old Town skyline, perfect for sunrise and sunset.
The living room features cathedral ceilings and a Bahamian ceiling fan, accented with an open stairway to the second floor. A full entertainment system (cable TV, VCR, stereo with CD player) and sofas are perfect for a day of rest and relaxation. The downstairs bathroom adjacent to the living room makes the first floor completely self sufficient. The dinning table and fully equipped gourmet kitchen have every culinary necessity, making cooking-in an affordable feast. The first floor bedroom features two queen beds, bath en-suite, and a large closet.
Ascend the stairs to the second floor to discover an extra-wide open air hallway with a tremendous view of your large living room. A table and chairs are casually stationed at the end of the hallway, adding to the charm of your second floor lookout. The master bedroom features a king bed, cable TV and an entrance to a private veranda overlooking Old Town. The second upstairs bedroom features two queen beds, as well as TV and sliding glass doors to the veranda. The second floor bathroom is accessed either through the master bedroom or via the spacious hallway.
All bedrooms feature a cable TV, large dressers, Bahamian ceiling fans, down pillows, 250 thread-count sheets and lush beach towels. All bathrooms feature tub/shower combinations with glass enclosures and hairdryers.
Other amenities that are included: dishwasher, glass topped stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, large refrigerator with ice-maker, washer/dryer and daily maid service.

Key West Hideaways Rental Policies
Rates.
Published rates are based on standard occupancy, do not include an 11.5 percent sales and room tax, are in U.S. dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Additionally there is a $25 processing fee charged for each reservation. Higher Rates may apply during Holiday Periods and / or Special Events.
Deposit.
Deposit equal to one night's stay or 50 percent of stay, whichever is greater, applies.
Cancellation. Full refund, less $25 cancellation fee, upon 30 days notice. Deposit is non-refundable if within 30 days of arrival date.
Payment.
American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and checks accepted for deposit. Upon arrival, credit card or cash accepted for balance of stay. No checks accepted upon arrival. No refund for early departure.
Extra person.
Add $15 per person per night.
No Smoking.
Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided. There is a minimum $50 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
Minimum Stay.
Applies on weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season.
Late Arrival.
For your convenience, if you will arrive after 6:00 p.m., call the office ahead of time for instructions on obtaining your keys.
Pets.
There is a $10 per pet per night charge, please no destructive pets and please keep them on leashes when outside.
