A refundable deposit of 40% of the cost of the accommodation booking or 50,000yen, whichever is greater, must be paid within 14 days of the reservation being made before a reservation can be confirmed. Failure to do so will result in the reservation being cancelled unless other arrangements are made. Preferred payment is by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) into our Japanese bank account sent in JPY.
A 5% merchant fee will be charged on all credit cards.
Where we incur a bank fee or charge, including any credit card fee, in respect of any payment by you due to the payment being an international transfer or payment by way of Credit Card then you will pay that fee to us in full.
