Welcome to Palm Isle – beauty and economy in Old Town Key West! Only one block west of Duval on Whitehead Street, and just doors down from the Hemingway House, this second story studio suite is equipped to make your stay in the islands comfortable and convenient. The house shares a lot with a giant Sapodilla tree – the massive gift from Mother Nature provides shade for your private Jacuzzi and treetop hammock.
The studio features two king beds, perfect for a pair of vacationing couples or a party with children. The full bath includes hairdryer and lush beach towels. You will need them! Palm Isle comes with a complimentary pass to Fort Zachary Taylor – the nicest beach on the island.
Amenities include full dinning room furnishings, a TV with VCR and DVD player, stereo with CD player, a private telepone line with answering machine, a shared washer/dryer and much more. Whether watching TV or the moon from your private spa, Palm Isle is your Key West connection

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Key West Hideaways Rental Policies
Rates.
Published rates are based on standard occupancy, do not include an 11.5 percent sales and room tax, are in U.S. dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Additionally there is a $25 processing fee charged for each reservation. Higher Rates may apply during Holiday Periods and / or Special Events.
Deposit.
Deposit equal to one night's stay or 50 percent of stay, whichever is greater, applies.
Cancellation. Full refund, less $50 cancellation fee, upon 30 days notice. Deposit is non-refundable if within 30 days of arrival date.
Payment.
American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and checks accepted for deposit. Upon arrival, credit card or cash accepted for balance of stay. No checks accepted upon arrival. No refund for early departure.
Extra person.
Add $25 per person per night.
No Smoking.
Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided. There is a minimum $50 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
Minimum Stay.
Applies on weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season.
Late Arrival.
For your convenience, if you will arrive after 6:00 p.m., call the office ahead of time for instructions on obtaining your keys.
Pets.
There is a $20 per pet per night charge, please no destructive pets and please keep them on leashes when outside.
