The unique design of the complex allows you to drive right up to your unit in a covered parking garage, so you never have to unload groceries or belongings in the rain. Harbour Village is a great location with a marina, board walks for walking, a short walk to the beach, 9 hole golf course, indoor swimming pool, workout facility, sauna, 3 outdoor pools, and a restuarant/pub right in the complex! You will not want to leave.
Nearby Attractions & Area Description
Ponce Inlet is the lesser known of nearby beach areas of Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, and New Smyrna Beach. You can have the best of both worlds. The busier areas of Daytona Beach are only a 10 minute drive away, including the Daytona International Speedway. Ponce Inlet is a world apart. Enjoy the quiet, pristine, NO DRIVE wide beaches. Walk along the miles of boardwalk built over the forever wild estuary. There are so many good restuarants in the area, you will never have to eat at the same place twice. Waterfront dinign everywhere. If the dozens of waterfront seafood restuarants are not to your liking, then within a short drive is everything from A to Z including steakhouses, barbecue, and fine dining. If you prefer pick up some fresh seafood, fresh off the boat, and grill it on the gas grills by the pool. Don't worry about finding a health club. The health club in the complex is state of the art with new Nautilus equipment.
