Here you will find breathtaking views from nearly every room in the home. This is a pet friendly rental. Vacation includes use of 24 ' 2006 Bentley Pontoon for cruising, fishing and boating ,kayaks for kayaking , bikes for biking and many other watersport activites. Home is ideally located on the West Coast of Florida between Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island.

This home is an exclusive 5 Pod Style home with covered walkways connecting all pods. There are 4 bedroom pods each with their own full baths and one Master bedroom Pod with a sitting area and large bath area. Bedroom is a stones throw from the water with surrounding sliding glass doors.

Local Amenities

Enjoy the feeling of seclusion on a private island, but within a minute boat ride you are within many waterfront boat accessible restaurants. This location is great - just minutes from Sarasota,
Anna Maria Island and beaches and 45 minutes south of Tampa. Disney World is a easy day trip for the kids. This area is rich in cultural events, arts, antiquing and fine dining and shops.

Great biking trails are available as well.
