Situated in a quiet and well kept neighborhood, this cute and newly painted Ormond Beach cottage is less than 3/10 of a mile from the beach.

Inside you will find that both large bedrooms boast queen size beds and have lots of closet space; the master bedroom has a walk in closet with a built in shoe rack and a small safe. "The living room has two full size futons and a chair futon. The sunroom can be closed off for a 3rd bedroom with a day bed. Linens and towels are provided; you will want to bring your own beach towels. The yard is fenced and there is a one car attached garage. Washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. Patio furniture provided. The cottage has lots of books, board games, dice, playing cards, and puzzles.

The cottage is just 10 minutes from Main Street, 30 minutes to the Speedway and airport, 1 hour from the nation’s oldest city (St Augustine) and 1 hour from Orlando attractions.
