The Breakers complex is your best choice if you have a family of 6 (no more than 4 adults), and would like to stay right on the beach across from Coligny Square (the closest thing to downtown that Hilton Head has).

Located in one of the best places on Hilton Head Island
Right on the beach (as compared to some buildings that have wide marsh between the building and the ocean);
Very affordable ;
Perfect for couples or small families with children;
Within the walking distance from over 80 shops, restaurants, entertainment, grocery store, fitness center, etc.

Regular size pool (heated seasonally);
Even a kiddie pool!

Unit 305 is located on the third floor and has a great view of the ocean.Enjoy the ocean sounds, breathe fresh salty air and watch people walking on the beach while sitting on your private balcony.
