June thru September-Low Season-$600.00 per week/$1500.00 per month PLUS: 13% tax, $100.00 application fee (this includes your valet parking fee for the length of your stay, pool and gym), $250.00 refundable deposit and a $65.00 standard cleaning fee upon departure.
October thru December-Mid Season- $700.00 per week/$1600.00 per month PLUS: 13% tax, $100.00 application fee (this includes your valet parking fee for the length of your stay, pool and gym), $250.00 refundable deposit and a $65.00 standard cleaning fee upon departure.
January thru May-High Season-$800.00 per week/$1950.00 per month PLUS: 13% tax, $100.00 application fee (this includes your valet parking fee for the length of your stay, pool and gym), $250.00 refundable deposit and a $65.00 standard cleaning fee upon departure.
All payments must be received five (5) weeks prior to arrival.
