All rates include $200/mo cap on utilities, cable TV, local phone, and DSL. Rates are subject to change w/o notice unless confirmed.
$500.00 Refundable Security Deposit. Refunded within 45 days of departure minus departure cleaning fee & any damages. Pet fee is additional upon pet approval. Credit cards accepted w/ 3% handling fee. |
