Your vacation home away from home! This immaculately kept oceanfront fifth floor condo is a corner unit, extra bright and cheerful and larger than the interior units in this building. Waterpointe II is in the heart of the Windy Hill area of North Myrtle Beach, an area known for having the widest beach on the Strand, so that even during the height of summer, there is plenty of room for everyone. Barefoot Landing, the Alabama Theater, and the House of Blues are just up the street, and the Tanger Outlets, numerous golf and miniature golf courses, Restaurant Row and many other attractions are only a brief drive away. Just up the beach from our unit there are jet ski and sailboat rentals, as well as parasailing. Our unit comes equipped with a Jacuzzi in the master suite, a television in each bedroom and one in the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the middle bedroom can be set up either as a king or as two twins, and the third bedroom has a double bed. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Each television can play DVDs, and we have a Playstation 2, an X-box, and a Nintendo game cube as well, along with some games for each. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would expect, including a new refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser. We also have a washer and dryer. The living room has a newly custom tiled fireplace and an oceanfront balcony, and the master bedroom has its own oceanfront balcony as well.
