This New Smyrna home is just one house from the beach with direct beach access. The beach is beautiful with white sand and only a short walk away. Situated in a very quiet and secluded area that does not permit driving on the beach. The home is fully equipped and nicely decorated with everything including 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, CD players, beach chairs, sand toys, ocean kayak, river canoe, a screened in porch, ping pong table, foosball table, and enough kitchen equipment to make even a chef happy!
Relax on the roof top deck where the ocean and beach views are fantastic or enjoy some ocean breezes from the screened in dining area facing the ocean. The home is fully air conditioned, not that you should need it. Ocean breezes and ceiling fans in each room keep the house cool.
Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Master bedroom w/ queen bed & private bath & sliding glass door to screened in porch. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds with shared bath. Bedroom #3 has a full size bed w/shared bath & sliding glass door to front deck. The downstairs bunk/game room has bunk bed with full bottom and twin on top, large sectional sofa with a pull out double bed, ping pong, library and games.
Fishing and exploring in Canaveral National Seashore Park
The house is located just a mile and a half from the entrance of Canaveral National Seasore Park and the parks boat ramp.
There you will find Mosquito lagoon and some of the best trout and red fish fishing in the world.
Its a great place to exploer or ride bikes, wich we have at the house, we also have a river canoe and an ocean kayak that you can put in to the lagoon and sail with the manetee and dolphin

Rates are dependent upon season and events, they range from $795.00 to $1,200 per week, plus state and local taxes and $110 cleaning fee.
