The Oasis Villa is a beautifully landscaped 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located in the exclusive Keystone Island, just a few minutes from the beach, Bal Harbour and Aventura. This 2,300 sq. ft. waterfront villa offers direct access to the ocean and has been gutted out and rebuilt in 2004/2005. It boasts a very open floor plan.
This house is definitely very romantic and modern and will accommodate 2 or 3 couples or a family.
The property is landscaped with a tropical setting and offers brand new comfortable and modern furnishings throughout the house.
The living room's floor is covered with wonderful and luxurious beige marble.
The gourmet kitchen features brand new appliances and opens up into the modern living room which contains a futon that could accommodate other guests if needed. The living room opens up to a covered patio that leads to the backyard and to a wonderful pool area.

The master bedroom is very bright, surrounded with windows, and opens up through French doors to the pool area. It features a great view of the canal and contains a queen size bed. The floor is a beautiful maple parquet. The master bathroom has a large Jacuzzi tub, beautiful modern fixtures, brand new top of the line plumbing fixtures, incredible marble and a large separate shower.

The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds and offers very nicely equipped wooden closet space. The floor is brand new beautiful maple parquet.
The second modern marble bathroom is off the hallway and offers a tub.

The third bedroom includes a queen bed and offers very nicely equipped wooden closet space. The floor is brand new beautiful maple parquet.

The large backyard area is ideal for the outdoor lover. The landscaping is lush and very tropical with lots of palm trees that offer shade as needed.
It offers the opportunity to take advantage of the swimming pool, sunbathing, fishing from the boat dock, picnics, barbeques on the large outdoor grill and other activities.
