Please note that our condo is a SMOKE FREE ZONE and that PETS are not allowed on premises.
An additional Out Cleaning fee of $90.00 will be applied to billing for all stays.

Cancellation Policy:
45 days prior to reservation date a full refund less 10% booking fee.
Cancellation refund within 45 days is subject to rebooking. *Cancellation within 30 days & No shows will be charged in full unless re-booked.
*All cancellations are charged a 10% booking fee on a confirmed reservation. Cancellations must be in writing. No Refund for Inclement Weather, Circumstances beyond our control, NO Shows or Shortened Stays.
