Our summer home is a true Paradise, It has a resort like feel to it, a rock waterfall leads right into the heated pool, perfect for a swim, day or night. Enjoy a cool drink in our tiki hut with a complete working bar, or fish right off our 80 foot dock over looking the water.Big enough for a yacht. Want to relax then enjoy one of our many lounge chairs right on the dock, or by the pool, or even the shade. A 2 minute boat ride to the open ocean. The home has 3 levels, the 1st level is used as the family area perfect for entertaining, large leather sofa, large screen tv, billard table and huge granite wetbar. full bathroom and there is also a bedroom w/a fullsize bed (sleeps 2). 2nd floor, is the grand nautical inspired living room & formal dinning rm, large fully equip kitchen. Dish washer, microwav, oven stove, refrigiator. Masterbedroom has a kingsize bed,private bathroom & gorgeous views of the water, 2nd guest room has a fullsize bed (sleeps 2). 3rd room is appointed for kids, (sleeps 5) 1 bunkbed w/trundel, daybed w/trundel. All rooms feature woodfloors. All bedrooms have dvd players and tv's. The 3rd level is an open floor plan or loft. There's a living room w/ sofa and chairs. There is also 2 twin beds w/ tv & dvd player. We also have an enclosed veranda w/ plush patio furniture, & breakfast table. The home was completely renovated in 2007. It's our private resort

Key Largo is know as the Dive & Sportfishing Capital of World. The home is located in the Prestigious neighborhood of Port Largo. A family Oriented neighborhood. A 5 minute walk and you'll find a wonderful park for the family. There's an aquctic park for the kids, with a pirate themed water slides,pools & diving boards. Large tennis courts, a jog trail and so much more. A few block away there's a large marina were you can rent boats, jet ski or even hire a charter boat for a fun day of fishing or diving. Key Largo is a very friendly & relaxed place. There is also beach & national park about 10 minutes away. Want to swim with dolphin then just head south about 2 miles and there you'll find The Theater of the seas. Perfect for all ages. Hungry, not a problem, you'll find a great selection of cafes and waterfront dinning. Serving tropical fares day & night.Want to joureny out, take a drive down to Key West and visit some of our historic land marks. Need a spa moment then drive over to one of the resort for a special treat. Key Largo has something for everyone. Come enjoy!
