An ideal vacation rental in St. Augustine. Fun in the sun, Florida style! Come relax on Crescent Beach in our Cottage or Bungalow, situated on Anastasia Island, just south of Historic St. Augustine.
Water, water, everywhere! You are just steps away out the front door to Crescent Beach and spectacular sunrises, or go out the back door to the Intracoastal waterway and watch the beautiful sunsets along the Matanzas River. There's really no point in driving to the beach since it is so close, but if you insist you can not only drive TO the beach, you can actually drive ON the beach! The public boat ramp is ¼ of a mile away if you are a boat or jet ski enthusiast.
The Bungalow has two bedrooms, a full bath, and can comfortably sleep 2 adults and up to 3 children. There is a double bed in the master bedroom, a twin bed in the other, and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
There are two wall air conditioning units, an efficiency sized kitchen (including a microwave, cook top, refrigerator, and all cooking utensils).
You'll have cable TV, a VCR, phone, patio furniture, beach chairs, BBQ grill, linens & towels, and beach toys for the kids!

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
|
There is 9% tax and a $50 cleaning fee added to each rental.
Pet Policy: Pets are limited to one animal 20 lbs. or less and you must have prior permission. A non-refundable fee of $75 is due at the time of reservation. The cottage has a fenced yard, the bungalow does not. |
