It's a great place, in a perfect location! The ocean water is turquoise blue, and a wonderful temperature for swimming! This beautiful Cancun condo is in an oceanfront complex, with a beautiful Caribbean ocean view. Shown in the picture is the beach in front of the condo. The Girasol condos are on a gorgeous white sand, swimming beach, in the top of the hotel zone. It's across the street from the "hot spots" of Cancun- Sr. Frogs, Cocobonbos, etc.. You are walking distance to good restaurants and shopping, and the Cancun nightlife and entertainment. The complex has 2 fabulous oceanfront pools, and is located on a magnificent, pristine, powdery sand beach. It is a larger studio unit, and can sleep up to 6 (with kids), or 5 adult people. They are all only minutes away by taxi or bus. You can also visit Mayan ruins, jungle tours, swim with dolphins, or snorkel in the coral reefs. Visit Tulum (Mayan ruins), bargain shop at the flea markets, or, just take it easy and soak in the sun! You can walk on the white sand beach for miles!

There is a $200 refundable security deposit required to hold the reservation. This is refundable after your stay,
if the condo is left in good order. The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to rental date. You can book your reservation online- check website for details. 4 day stay is required, or there is a $40 checkout fee, 5 day minimum in high season, 7 for holidays. We generally
handle map, information sheet, and instructions for the keys via email. We can have a local key pickup. We accept Paypal, checks or money orders. We have 2 other vacation rentals that we have managed for many years, and can provide references. We also work with the Villas Marlin rental agency, and you can check for references on us there. We have more pictures, contact emails, phone numbers, availability calendar, online booking, cancellation policy, activity information, inexpensive flight info, and more at our website. We offer a 10% discount for bookings 30 days or less prior to rental date, 15% off for 15 days prior, and 20% off for bookings 7 days or less prior.
