Cancellations and Refunds
Reservations cancelled more than 45 days before arrival date will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Deposits
An advance deposit of 25% is required. Reservations will be cancelled if deposit is not received within fourteen days after reservation is taken. For a security deposit, an open credit card or $200 cash is required.
