This Mount Hood cabin has great views of the river from almost every room. It has a two story vaulted ceiling filled with windows, facing the south. This provides the light needed to brighten those overcast days Oregon sometimes has. Stepping down about three feet off the cabin yard, lands you on a small private sandy beach where you can play in the river. You can view the expanse of the river from the open air spa which sits back only 20 feet from the river's edge. A large covered deck provides shade in the summer and rain protection in the winter, and offers another great view of the river.
The cabin is fully equipped: Spa, large cable TV with DVD, large river rock fireplace, cedar covered walls, kitchen (with the best appliances), three bedrooms, sleeps 6 with 3 queen beds.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Payments
- Payments can be made with VISA or Master Charge. Funds will be withdrawn at 2 months before date of stay or at time of reservation if reservation is less than two months early. Withdrawal will be under the business name of Coffer Company Vacation Rentals.
- Checks are also accepted, made out to Jerry Coffer and sent to Jerry Coffer, 3207 SE 36th Avenue, Portland OR 97202. To lock in your reservation, a check for the total cost of the stay must be received within 10 days of the day you called in your reservation. Otherwise the dates will be opened to other vacationers until the check is received. In every case, check must be received before the date of stay.
Cancellation
- If canceled at least 60 days in advance of the first day of your stay, a full refund will be granted.
- If canceled less than 60 days before your stay begins, a full refund will be granted only for those days of your stay for which we are able to find replacement renters. Otherwise no refund will be granted.
Restrictions
- Loud parties are not allowed. We aim for a peaceful environment (that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun)
- Animals are not allowed. (Some people are allergic)
- No smoking inside the cabin. (the odor lingers sooo long)
Help Appreciated
- Please use the dishwasher to wash your dirty dishes
- Please leave soiled linens and towels on the floor in the bathroom before you leave.
Additional people over the age of 4 years old will be charged $15 per night per person except Christmas and Thanksgiving.
Minimum stay is two days.
Arrival is after 4 PM and departure before 12 noon to allow for cleaning between guests.
If you stay a whole week you will be given the weekday price for all days.
a 6 percent room tax will be added to above prices. |
