"Boca del Rio"
With a breathtaking view over the Caribbean, right across the road from the beach, private tennis court and a fabulous pool, Boca del Rio Villa is ideal for the large family, a reunion or business meeting.
Boca del Rio is the newest addition to our villas. It is the Great River area of Montego Bay...still mere minutes from Downtown and the airport. Boca del Rio is large, with 9 bedrooms, pool, full staff and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has a game room with a pool table. There is a large screen TV, wet bar, 2 large living areas and amenities galore.
Laid out in 3 stories there is ample space for large gatherings. As you enter the villa, the grand foyer with sitting areas is the first thing that will meet your eye. There is a sweeping staircase, stone work and an indoor garden. The bedrooms are all very large and can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 4 people Also on the main floor you will find a living/dining area, powder room and up a couple of steps is a very modern kitchen with a flat top stove, side by side fridge with an ice maker and all appliances. The sitting area has a large balcony with an ocean view. There is also a bedroom with a queen size bed and own bath
On the second floor is the very large living room with wet bar, 56' TV, pool table in the gaming room, giant terrace with views of Montego Bay, another powder room and 4 bedrooms all with A/C and ceiling fans. 2 of the bedrooms have queen size beds. One has a small couch and the other with chaise lounge. Of course they have their own full bathrooms. Bedroom # 4 has 2 double beds and adjoins to bedroom #5 with a queen size bed both with their own full bathrooms.
The third floor features a small office area with desk and another sitting area. Bedroom #6 has a queen bed, A/C ceiling fans, #7 has 2 double beds with a chaise lounge as well. The Master bedroom is in a class by itself. It is huge, has a king bed and a sitting area with couch, walk in closest and a hyper modern, black and white bathroom with an ocean view Spa tub and large shower. There is a double vanity counter and separate toilet.
Bedroom #9 is next to the pool, very private and naturally has a full bath, A/C and ceiling fans. Speaking of the pool, it has a large deck, fabulous panoramic view of the ocean and Montego Bay making it a great spot for a cocktail party or any type of gathering.
There is a full size tennis court and observation gazebo on the grounds. It is for the exclusive use of Boca del Rio guests.
With a full staff, including cook, maid and groundskeeper/poolman, you literally do not have to lift a finger while on vacation. In fact your only task is to decide what you want your cook to prepare for your meals, and where you would like it served.
Downtown Montego Bay is always bustling. You want it, you will find it in MoBay. Casino, restaurants, shopping beaches and night life. From unter's Villa, MoBay is a short ride away.
