The Land of Ten Thousand Lakes is home to the world's largest shopping center, The Mall of America. It is situated in Bloomington and features an amusement park, 520 shops, and 14 theatres. Minneapolis and St. Paul are the state's largest cities and provide the most nightlife and entertainment per person in a state, excluding New York. There are professional sporting events, museums, loads of historic sites and plenty of nature activities throughout the state. North Minnesota is mainly woodlands and is bordered by Canada and Lake Superior. Grand Rapids is a popular destination as it is home to the Judy Garland museum.
