Come and enjoy our cottage located in the 2,100 acre private Bear Lake Reserve. We are located in the Millpond area of the development, just seconds away from the main entrance. Relax and enjoy all that Bear Lake has to offer including the mountaintop 9 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, the multimillion dollar Lake House that has pool, hot tubs, restaurant, fitness center, theater room, library and massage facilities.
Bear Lake is an outdoor lover's paradise. Located on property are hiking trails, the lake itself that features both boating and fishing, the Golden Farm area featuring on outdoor amphitheater that hosts many live events and outdoor hearth.
From our cottage, you can listen to the stream running below you or walk down a wooded path to a catch and release fishing pond, outdoor firepit, and covered picnic shelter.
Mill Pond cottage features beautiful pine floors throughout the home. The open floor plan makes for easy living which can be extended out to the private screened porch with a wood burning, stone fireplace. A split plan makes this cottage great for one or two families.
The Clubhouse and Golf Course require extra fees
Boats available for rent/reservation through TJ's Water Adventures. 20'pontoon or 14'John boat.
