Reservation and Cancellation Policy

- A NON-REFUNDABLE $500 deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- In the event of cancellation, the final deposit is non-refundable.
- The unit is cleaned and stocked with a starter pack of supplies & will be cleaned upon departure. Additional cleaning is available upon request at an additional charge.
- Any damages, excessive cleaning or missing keys will be charged to the credit card you have on file in our office.
- Rates are subject to change. Contact our office for an exact price quote.
- Property Descriptons (bedding) may be subject to change. Contact our office for specific description.

Each unit listed is individually owned and we have the opportunity to book each unit based on availability. The price listed is based on the unit per night. Taxes of 11.416% are added to each reservation. A cleaning fee is charged to all reservations staying less than six nights. All homes require a refundable $500 damage deposit by check or money order. Please contact us for availability.

Discounts of 5 % apply when staying 14 nights or more. Discounts of 20% apply when staying 28 nights or more. A cleaning fee will be charged for stays of 5 nights or less. No Pets or Smoking in any units.
