Marathon vacation condo completely tiled and fully equipped. Queen bed and full size sofa bed in living room sleeping 3-4 comfortably. Most pets are welcome upon approval. A pet friendly and secluded beach is only a short walk away. Includes a large boat slip, DVD player, cable TV, central AC, terrace with water view and boat trailer parking. The kitchen is very clean and fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker.
Note: We have multiple units in this complex making it very convenient for large families. Each unit is fully equipped and there is no smoking inside - please use terrace.

| All rates include utilities, phone, boat slip, & cable TV. $300/wk premium for lobster mini/open weeks and $200/wk holiday weeks. $300.00 refundable security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure minus departure cleaning fee & any damages.
