This beautiful tidal Bay has 4 foot tides and is great for fishing. Canoeing and Kayaking doesn't get any better than this. This home is centrally located, between Brunswick and Bath, or Freeport and Boothbay. It is easily accessible from Routes 95 and 1. The Point is secluded at the end of Hollis Lane. It sits on an acre and a half of private woods and lawn. It is a wonderful place to relax and live life at a slower pace.

This meticulous manufactured home has 2 large bedrooms each with a double bed, 2 full bathrooms, a 20 by 14ft living room with Futon and a large eat in kitchen. It also features a deck with patio overlooking the water and sunset.
