Any cancellations must be made in writing, and must be received by fax or e-mail. Cancellations received more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in day will be charged a $25.00 administration fee. Cancellations received within thirty (30) days prior to the check-in day will result in the forfeiture of one-half (½) of the reservation deposit ($150.00). Cancellations received within fourteen (14) days prior to the check-in day will result in the forfeiture of the entire reservation deposit ($300.00). Guest shall be responsible for the entire rental amount if the cancellation is received within seven (7) days prior to the check-in day or if Guest is a "no show". |
