This spacious and luxurious 3-bedroom apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a 5-storey building, just a short walk from Nevsky Prospekt – main tourist and shopping area of the city. The rooms are 32, 22, 17 and 12 sq. meters in area and in each 2 people can comfortably sleep on either a double foldout sofa or a double bed. The largest room also contains a small table, 2 armchairs, TV with local and satellite channels and a VCR. The spacious 34 sq. meters kitchen is equipped with all the top-quality modern facilities. There is a fireplace in the apt. where you can sit in the evenings. Firewood is free of charge and will be delivered to you upon request. The bathroom covers an area of 6 sq. meters and contains a jakuzy, washbasin, WC and washing machine. Second bathroom contains a shower cabinet, washbasin and WC. Very save access to the apartment is through a courtyard and a coded building door, then a double locked apartment door. Video control, security.
