The Island Guest House is a turn of the century historic Inn located oceanside in the heart of Beach Haven, Long Beach Island, New Jersey. Come and experience the restfulness of our European style Bed & Breakfast Inn.

You will enjoy a quaint and cozyatmosphere. Wicker and lace mixed with hand painted furniture and stenciling evoke a breezy cottage charm.

Wind chimes and ocean breezes draw you to our large screened in sunroom full of wicker furniture; perfect for curling up with a good book. Outside in our courtyard wrought iron tables and chairs are shaded with market umbrellas for your comfort in daytime and lit with candles café style for evening gatherings. Relax anytime with chess, checkers, backgammon or other games in our common area.

You are only steps away from the beautiful, white, sandy beaches of the Island, and just a leisurely stroll from wonderful restaurants and shops.

Emphasis is on great location only 8 houses from the ocean. We are centrally located between Bicentennial Park and the area of Bay Village Shops/Fantasy Island Amusement and Water Park.

We offer an ideal retreat from today's hectic pace.

- DEPOSITS MADE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL MAY BE MADE IN CASH, CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR TRAVELERS CHECKS. BALANCES AT CHECK IN ARE DUE IN CASH OR TRAVELERS CHECKS ONLY.

Cancellation Policy
-Deposits refunded, less $25 cancellation fee only if we are able to fill your entire reservation.
- We are not responsible for inclement weather, early departure or changing of dates.
- Does not include cottage, multiple rooms or holiday reservations. They can only be canceled if we can re-fill the reservation.

- We are not responsible for inn-clement weather or early departure.
- Check-inn time 2pm - Check-out time 11am
- Well behaved children over 6 or by special arrangements with the inn-keeper.
- Children any age welcome in our cottage.
- No pets, please
- No smoking except outside in our courtyard.
