Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Reservations: A reservation is made when payment is received. Reservations are made on a first paid, first reserved basis.

Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure. All cancellations or changes made 31 days prior to a reservation will incur a $35.00 processing fee. Cancellations made between 30 and 16 days in advance will include a 50% refund & the balance on a credit towards another date. 15 days or less notice will result in a full credit towards another date.
