Only minutes from Loch Lomond and 15 minutes from Glasgow Airport (55 minutes from Prestwick Airport), we're an ideal base for touring all around this area of Scotland: less than 20 minutes away from Luss, Balloch, Clydebank and Helensburgh; ideal for day trips to places such as Edinburgh, Troon, Ayr(shire), Callander, Dunoon, Trossachs, Inveraray, Aberfoyle, Oban and Stirling. Glasgow City Centre with it's wonderful museums, shops, restaurants and night life is only 25 minutes away. Our property is situated a 5 minute walk from Dumbarton Castle (longest recorded history of any stronghold in Great Britain), with views of the castle from the house. Great transport in the immediate area (train station 5 minute walk away; bus stop across the road). We have plenty of off-street private parking.
