Deposits:
In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of request. There is also a $700.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded within 7 days after check out). Balance is due in full within 30 days of arrival.

Cancellations and Refunds:
