This penthouse has it all space, privacy, and luxury . Cathedral ceiling in the living room opening to a spacious balcony overlooking the harbor/marina. Downstairs are two bedrooms with a king bed in one and two queens in the other, each with bath en-suite. Down pillows, luxury sheets, in-room safes, cable TV and space that allows you to relax and enjoy your vacation.
Upstairs you have two bedrooms each with bath en-suite, hairdryers, plush towels, beach towels and a balcony that provides you with a view of the sunset that will cause you to smile between visits to our island paradise.
Cable TV, stereo with CD player, washer/dryer, private parking, a dock for your boat, large heated pool, concierge service all help to create that special time that you deserve.

Key West Hideaways Rental Policies
Rates.
Published rates are based on standard occupancy, do not include an 11.5 percent sales and room tax, are in U.S. dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Additionally there is a $25 processing fee charged for each reservation. Higher Rates may apply during Holiday Periods and / or Special Events.
Deposit.
Deposit equal to one night's stay or 50 percent of stay, whichever is greater, applies.
Cancellation. Full refund, less $25 cancellation fee, upon 30 days notice. Deposit is non-refundable if within 30 days of arrival date.
Payment.
American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and checks accepted for deposit. Upon arrival, credit card or cash accepted for balance of stay. No checks accepted upon arrival. No refund for early departure.
Extra person.
Add $15 per person per night.
No Smoking.
Smoking is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside and ashtrays are provided. There is a minimum $50 cleaning fee for smoking inside.
Minimum Stay.
Applies on weekends, during special events and holidays, and during season.
Late Arrival.
For your convenience, if you will arrive after 6:00 p.m., call the office ahead of time for instructions on obtaining your keys.
Pets.
There is a $10 per pet per night charge, please no destructive pets and please keep them on leashes when outside.
