The Lake George Boathouse Bed & Breakfast is a year round B&B providing convenient access to all the exciting activities the Adirondack Region has to offer. We are located just minutes north of the village of Lake George, NY. Our bed and breakfast is the only one that is actually located directly on Lake George. Stay with us during the winter and enjoy the cross country or down hill skiing at nearby Gore Mountain and Garnet Hill Lodge. Vacation with us during the summer and enjoy all the beauty of "The Queen of the American Lakes".

Built in 1917 as the summer home of speed boat racer and gold cup recipient George Reis, the term "boathouse" does not do it justice. This famous and unique Bed & Breakfast has been featured in Adirondack Life, Motor Boating and Sailing, The Great and the Gracious, Adirondack Style, and Unique Homes.

Completely renovated in 1997, this Lake George Bed & Breakfast located on Millionaires Row, with it's breathtaking views will make you feel like you've been on a cruise without ever leaving shore.

Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Rates
Room rates vary depending upon room type, midweek/weekends, and special events. Rates are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast served each morning in the "Great Room". November through April rates are $175~$295 per night, May through October rates are $175~$375.

Deposits*
One night room rate is required as a deposit to secure each reservation and is applicable to the fulfillment of your designated length of stay. Any reservation for 5 days or longer will require a 50 % deposit. Change of arrival or departure dates and cancellation must be made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date and will result in forfeiture of the deposit. *From May through October two nights room rate deposit is required with a 30-day notice for change or cancellation. Cancellations are subject to a $50 surcharge.

Payments
Payment in full is required at check in. Payment may be made by Cash, American Express, Visa or MasterCard.

Policies
″ Smoking is limited to the outside areas only. No cigars please.
″ Pets are not allowed. But feel free to enjoy our lovable 14 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Cookie.
″ Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
″ Check in time is after 2:30 pm ~ Check out time is 11am. We would greatly appreciate a phone call 2 days prior with your estimated time of arrival.
